Constructing Your Hoop Greenhouse
Images at the left of this page show the step by step process of constructing one of our greenhouses. After clicking on the first image a lightbox image display will appear with descriptions of each step of the construction process. Once the lightbox has opened, all one has to do is to move your mouse to the either side of image for the navigation buttons. This will allow you to scroll through the images.
Our greenhouse kits are manufactured in Castle Rock Wa. We encourage our customers to visit our finished greenhouses on site to get a feel for how they are built. We build them to stand up to our very unforgiving Northwest weather and to insure many years of use....

Our Greenhouse Kit
These kits include the bows, stubs, nuts and bolts to put it together and the heavy duty uv resistant plastic to cover it. Plastic lasts 7 or 8 years. I manufacture these bow sets from 16 gauge steel tubing that is zinc dipped to inhibit rust. These bows will last many years.
Some parts shown on these houses are not included in the kit like the 2x4s and the purlin pipe. These can be bought at any lumber store. The basic kit doesn't include end walls. These can be made from many different materials. I use plywood as it requires the least amount of framing and gives the house the most strength. Suggested building plans included.
